Fermenting at The Pantry: Party Platter

About
Create a delicious and healthy probiotic party platter for your next gathering. In this workshop we will:
Make kombucha: A punchy fermented tea. Known as the Tea of Immortality and Vitality, kombucha is not only simple but unbelievably economical to make.
Probiotic Pickles: Make your own mix of vegetables to ferment at home. I love to add these to platters for dipping. You will make a jar of these to take home.
Mustard: Fermented mustard is alive and full of flavour and goodness. A perfect accompaniment for cured meats.
Caspian Sea Yoghurt: rich and creamy this yoghurt is not only simple to make (no heating required) but also will last for years to come if maintained with care. Add some fruit compote or granola for a healthy sweet option.
Free yoghurt starter or kombucha SCOBY!
