From as early as 35, our brains, bodies, & everything in between will get a major shake-up thanks to pere/menopause. This bad boy will embrace us for 8-12 years, so we really should make it easier to swallow! In our first GAP Fillers event that's exactly what we'll do, heroed by a game-changing conversation with powerhouse Nutritionist Chantal Cuthers.With over a decade of experience in reproductive health, Chantal will bust menopause myths with honesty, humour, and real-world wisdom, leaving you inspired and equipped with practical strategies—no fluff, just the facts.
Expect lots of laughs and 'ah-huh' moments, washed down with morning tea/refreshments and an energizing Power Pilates class!
FORMAT:
9:15am: Arrival
9:30-11am: Guest Speaker Session & Q&A over morning tea
11:10am-12pm: Power Pilates (inside/outside, weather permitting)
Afterward, feel free to stroll the waterfront or enjoy lunch at Akarana Eatery - make a day of it why don't you!
