This hands-on course takes students on a culinary adventure - from the basics of mixing, weighing, cooking and baking to experimenting with herbs, spices and international dishes. Along the way, they’ll build practical kitchen skills, grow confidence, and develop creativity and cultural curiosity. With expert guidance, students will explore diverse ingredients, techniques, tools and kitchen equipment in a fun, supportive environment.

All ingredients and equipment is provided - just bring your enthusiasm and curiosity.

DURATION: Week 2 to Week 8 (6 classes - no class on 26 August, Staff only day)
