🧑💻 Equipment Provided
All gaming equipment is provided by Your Corps, including:
20 gaming computers
Keyboards, mice, and gaming headsets
Important:
All players must use the provided equipment to ensure fairness and consistency.
Personal keyboards, mice, or controllers are not permitted due to logistical limitations.
This tournament is proudly free to enter, made possible by a dedicated team of youth employees and volunteers. Allowing personal peripherals creates additional work that we are not resourced to support.
Your cooperation directly supports youth employment and real-world skill-building opportunities for local rangatahi.
If there are connectivity or Discord issues, teams will use in-person communication. Teams will be required to use the Default discord accounts already signed into the computers provided.
In the rare event of a critical network issue, a backup game may be substituted — but every effort will be made to ensure VALORANT is played as advertised.
Any pressure placed on staff or event management to make exceptions to these rules may result in the individual being asked to leave the premises and their team being disqualified from the tournament.
Please note: Some computers may vary in hardware specs, screen size, and design. We are currently in a transitional period of upgrading our systems, with many components sourced second-hand or through e-waste recycling initiatives to make this experience possible. While no guarantees can be made about exact machine performance, all systems will be capable of running VALORANT at at least 60 FPS, and player rotation across machines will ensure fairness for all.
🎮 Game Accounts
Players may log into their own VALORANT account on event PCs.
Please have your login details ready.
If login causes delays, a default account may be used to keep the tournament on schedule.
🏆 Prizes
The first-place team will receive a custom sword trophy for their school.
Prize money (if applicable) will be transferred to the winning team’s provided bank accounts within 30 days of the tournament.
Additional spot prizes may be announced closer to the event.
