After the sell-out success of our Mother’s Day show, Heritage House is thrilled to welcome back the outrageous Nick Tansley with local heroes Andrew London, Danny Fearn and Michael Franklin-Browne for Father’s Day, 7 Sept. Performing as The Mod Squad, this crew has delivered 70s-inspired hilarity and hits nationwide for over 30 years.Invercargill-born Nick began entertaining straight from school, later becoming Wellington’s favourite radio voice, TV host and in-demand MC. He formed The Mod Squad in 1990 with guitarist Andrew London, soon joined by fellow Whanganui lad Danny Fearn. Their repertoire of sure-fire 60s & 70s party classics—The Eagles, Beatles, John Denver, LRB, Tom Jones, Doobie Brothers—keeps audiences laughing and dancing.
Tickets: $40, includes show, tea/coffee & cake. Get ready for cheesy pop, rock & country nostalgia. Groovy, baby!
