The BANZI Dinner Soirée & Award Show 2025 is a landmark event hosted by the Bangladeshi community in New Zealand (BANZI) on October 12, 2025, at the Mt Albert War Memorial Hall in Auckland.The event is a blend of cultural celebration, community recognition, and political engagement. Key features include:
Political Dialogue: An opportunity for the community to meet and engage with top leaders from the Labour Party, including a High-Powered Panel Discussion on critical NZ policy issues such as Immigration, Crime & Safety, Health Access, and Education.
BANZI Awards: The inaugural awards ceremony to recognise and honour the outstanding achievements and contributions of Bangladeshis across New Zealand.
Soirée: A celebratory evening featuring a spectacular Cultural Show and a shared Dinner.
It is positioned as a chance for the Bangladeshi community to make their voice heard at the highest level of New Zealand politics and showcase their strength and vision.
