Writing from the Body - September Sessions

In these sessions, we’ll get the blood pumping with some simple movement explorations to help us move from fixed to fluid. Then, we’ll write.

I will offer clear guidance and prompts, you will let yourself write, and the group will be there to listen when you chose to share.

Sessions will be held via Zoom. You will receive a link to join once you have registered.

You are welcome to register for one session, or join all three (5th, 12th, and 19th September).
