QMC Academy Online: Maths – The Theme Park Edition 2027

About
Join us for three dynamic mornings of hands‑on, project‑based maths learning. This will be followed by afternoon theme‑park project work supported by a Q&A board with their teacher. Students will explore key numeracy concepts through creative, real‑world activities that build confidence, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills- all within a supportive online environment designed just for them.
When: Wednesday 21 April, Thursday 22 April and Friday 23 April. (3-day course)
9:00am–12:30pm (live online), then 12:30pm–3:00pm independent project time (Q&A board available with teacher support)
Skills Covered: measurement, decimals, fractions, probability, budgeting, area & perimeter, and scaling.
Materials Required: Individual laptop, Theme Park Workbook (provided by QMC), ruler, coloured markers, pencil, eraser.
