You will be guided through bike maintenance, look at a variety of accessories and try out electric bikes. You will discover different bike tracks around Hawke’s Bay in a safe environment with experienced and knowledgeable tutors. Do you want to learn how to Freedive locally in a safe environment with an experienced and well qualified instructor? Robert will start you from the beginning and guide you through the basics to freedive safely in Central Hawke’s Bay. Your adventure will be packed full of knowledge and skill building, beginning in a pool and progressing to the beach. You will need to bring your own full wetsuit and appropriate weights to each session and if you have your own fins, snorkel and mask it would be beneficial but not necessary. Other gear will be provided where necessary. This is a Freediving course, not Scuba Diving. All freedives during the course will be ZERO take which will mean no gathering of seafood will be done while participating on our freedives.

You will need to bring your own full wetsuit and appropriate weights to each session. All other gear will be provided for the duration of the course. This is a Freediving course, not Scuba Diving. All freedives during the course will be ZERO take which will mean no gathering of seafood will be done while participating on our freedives. Please note: Our minimum requirement is that you need to be a confident swimmer and able to swim 200m at your own pace without stopping. You will also need to be able to tread water for two minutes. A medical questionnaire will need to be completed before participating.
