Discover the creative and delicious world of cake decorating! Kate will guide you through the basics of colourful and fun techniques to ice and decorate cakes and cupcakes. Be hands on and develop simple piping techniques and create fondant features to take your creations to another level of WOW!

This is a fun course designed to support and increase your confidence for everyday biking,
all while exploring the local region. You will be guided through bike maintenance, look at a
variety of accessories and try out electric bikes.
You will discover different bike tracks around Hawke’s Bay in a safe environment with
experienced and knowledgeable tutors. If you are not able to access a bike to use on this
course please let us know. You will require a helmet, drink bottle and be able to transport
your bike to and from each session.

Do you want to learn how to Freedive locally in a safe environment with an experienced and well qualified instructor? Robert will start you from the beginning and guide you through the basics to freedive safely in Central Hawke’s Bay.
Your adventure will be packed full of knowledge and skill building, beginning in a pool and progressing to the beach. You will need to bring your own full wetsuit and appropriate weights to each session and if you have your own fins, snorkel and mask it would be beneficial but not necessary. Other gear will be provided where necessary.
This is a Freediving course, not Scuba Diving. All freedives during the course will be ZERO take which will mean no gathering of seafood will be done while participating on our freedives.
