You are warmly invited to our annual Convocation.
See the Central Division Officers of Grand Chapter installed. Attend the business session, the forum, the Research Chapter presentation. Hear about new developments, and about plans for the future.
Palmerston North - the geographical centre of New Zealand, and the centre of science, education, and food innovation.
The Convention Centre is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with close proximity to a range of superb hotels and motels and is surrounded by vibrant bars, cafes, restaurants, cultural institutions and retail shops.
Visit the NZ Rugby museum, the Saturday market, the museum, the herb farm, the glow worm caves. Play on NZ’s oldest golf course, take one of the scenic walks, engage in retail therapy – there is lots to do while not at the Convocation.
On Sunday come to Feilding to visit the Coach House museum which has an outstanding collection of rural New Zealand heritage, showcasing over 140 years of history. This will be followed by lunch.

Accommodation
Quest Palmerston North, 109 Fitzherbert Avenue
Call the hotel on 06 357 7676 and mention the ‘Freemason Royal Arch Convocation’. The rooms are reserved in the name of Greg Bennett (Greg is our Divisional Grand Principal). The daily rate for a studio is $240 and applies for Thursday to Saturday nights. Rooms will be held at the special rate until the end of January 2024.

A'Abode Motor Lodge
For those who have transport the A'Abode Motor Lodge in Ruahine Street have offered rooms at a special rate of $165 per night. Just tell them you are coming for the Freemasons conference to get that rate.
There are a limited number of rooms available at each venue so get in early!!!
