her favorite tricks and transitions on spin, and how to personalize your own shapes and combos. This workshop will
also focus on using interesting transitions and shapes to create a fluid and seamless spin passes, whether it’s for a
competition or for Instagram!

Prerequisites: Inverts, shoulder mounts, brass monkeys
