Terms and Condtions:
Registering Multiple People: You may register more than one person for a single-session, however you will have to repeat the process from the start for each person. (This prevents people abusing the FREE registration process, and signing up for all the tickets for a laugh.)
•Kids Aged 8-11 years will only be allowed to play G and PG rated Games. We are unable to provide tailored experiences for individual kids if you do not approve of your child playing 'Recommended Classifications' such as PG rated games, as it will mean your children will not be able to participate in the same experience as everyone else in the room. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
•By participating in our events, you understand and accept that you and/or your child may appear in photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotion and marketing; that may appear online and social media. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
•Parents are no longer required to sign-in or sign-out their kids at our events. However - if you are a parent that prefers to drop of your child, and want us to ensure that we do not let them leave until you pick them up, then we are going to keep our sign-in process specifically for those parents who DO wish to sign their kids in and out. If you wish for your child to remain at the event until you pick them up; then you MUST sign your child IN at the event. If you have signed a child in: We will not allow the child to leave with anyone else, other than a person carrying the corresponding sign-in receipt that was issued during the sign-in process when dropping off the child. This sign-in receipt for your child can be given to other family members (such as grandparents or other parents) in physical form or via photo to their phones if you have certain pickup arrangements, which will need to be presented in order to collect your child.
•Potential Health Concerns: If anyone participating in this event has any potential health concerns you think we should be aware of, such as allergies, history of epilepsy etc; we strongly advise this person gets signed-in at the event by a parent/guardian; as this provides us with an emergency contact number- and the opportunity (if you choose) to disclose any potential health concerns to the event manager; should you think it be necessary for us to know in the event of an emergency. Your Corps can not be held accountable or liable for any issues that arise from how children travel to our events / how they get home from our events - or any health related matters if participants were not signed-in with an emergency contact number provided.
•We no longer allow our participants to leave the room to buy snacks during the event; as this could potentially present issues with walk-outs. Please ensure that you bring a water bottle and snacks to the event on arrival, as we will not allow you to leave the room under any circumstances until after the event. Children who have been signed in will not be able to leave until signed out. Please Note: We only allow the use of 'Sippy Top' bottles permitted at the computers due to the risk of spillage. Drink containers such as cans or bottle-cap drink are not permitted.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding these statements; please contact James Wards on 027 333 9452.
