ALC Designing Value Streams to Unlock Org. Performance
In our May ALC meeting we will explore how a value stream model can address four critical challenges organisations face today:
- Reducing hand-offs between functional silos that slow end-to-end delivery execution.
- Reducing internal friction and increasing employee engagement through clearly defined team interactions and ways of working.
- Creating more responsive teams that can change composition without changing reporting lines.
- Responding to external shifts by coupling a flexible operating model with an adaptive organisational cadence and forums.
Join us for an interactive and highly informative session where we will explore the key considerations for a value stream-based operating model:
- Organisational design patterns that can solve the 4 common problems above
- The organisational design process and how to run it effectively.
- Common tensions and how to use them to create the right conversations.
- Cadences and ways of working to bring the operating model to life.
We will share key learnings and common pitfalls from real “at the coal-face” customer projects.
Come collaborate with your peers to obtain fresh insights, new ideas and a renewed sense of energy.
