ALC Unblocking Delivery
Many organisations we’ve been talking to recently are having challenges unblocking the flow of value from delivery and this is impacting their ability to effectively deliver strategy. The cost of this can be significant, both in terms of increased costs, but also in terms of lost opportunity.
At our July meeting we have three industry leaders who have regularly faced this issue. Using a facilitated panel format, we will discuss:
- The common organisational challenges they have seen that block delivery
- As leaders, what they’ve done to unblock delivery and any advice for others
- What challenges their organisations still face.
The intent is to share nuggets of wisdom they have learned to spark discussion with others. As usual, this will be a collaborative event with plenty of opportunities to work with like-minded people.
Date: Tuesday 2 July 2024, 7.20 am - 8.50 am.
Cost: $25 per person with all proceeds going to the City Mission.
Location: Radically Consulting, HB Central, Ground Floor, 3 Lorne Street, Auckland CBD.
Target audience: The ALC is a safe and supportive space for leaders to support each other with the challenges they face in modernising their businesses. It is designed for business leaders - Heads Of, General Managers and Executives. It is not for agile practitioners, consultants, contractors, service providers or salespeople.
