Organising in Value Streams to accelerate Origin's Net Zero
Join us at the next ALC event where James Magill, Origin Zero's EGM will share his experience in leading the operating model shift at Origin Zero from Functional teams to Value streams. James joined Origin 2 years ago to lead the newly formed business unit Origin Zero, a business unit responsible for Origin's business customers, with a goal of partnering with them to support decarbonisation and getting to net zero.
Origin Zero's journey has many similar traits to organisations who are looking to embark on this path:
