Join us for a reunion weekend of celebration, connection, and fun on 2-4 May 2025!

Registration
Please register to let us know you are coming! Your registration pack will be waiting for you upon arrival, with a name tag and all the information you need for the weekend. Registration costs $25.

*Please note that as of Friday 2 May, all registration name tags will be handwritten.*

If you'd like to bring a partner to the events, you are welcome to do so without purchasing an additional registration ticket. You can include their name in your registration and we'll provide the extra name tag with your pack. If they want to come to the Mix & Mingle event, you just need to purchase one extra ticket for them as well as your own.

Photographs
Access to official photographs taken throughout the weekend is included in your registration fee.
Class photos will be taken at the conclusion of the Official Jubilee Event on Saturday afternoon in the Stadium.

The programme for the weekend is below. Please note we will no longer be holding a Gala Dinner, but do encourage you to go out with your Avcol friends and enjoy catching up and reminiscing at a venue of your choice.

Mix & Mingle Event *
Connect with old friends over drinks and nibbles in our beautiful Atrium building. Photos and memorabilia will be on display. Finger-food and a complimentary drink on arrival included in ticket price. Cash bar available.

SATURDAY 3 MAY

9:00am - 12:00pm	Registration Desk is open	Theatre Foyer
10:00am-12:00pm	Catch up for Coffee Our Atrium classrooms are available for you to use as a space to connect with friends. Arrange to meet up, or just come along and see who’s there. Memorabilia and photos displayed.	Free event Atrium
Between 9:00am - 1.15pm	Sports Games Cheer on our Avcol teams in their Saturday morning matches. 1st XV kicks off at 12pm. A sausage sizzle will be available on site.	Free event Field, turf & Mills Gym
10:00am - 11:30am	Staff Morning Tea * Current and former staff and Board members are warmly invited to connect over morning tea. SUNDAY 4 MAY

1:00pm-5:00pm

Jubilee Family Festival (also open to wider community). Fun for the whole family, with performances from our Polyfest cultural groups, award-winning dance and music groups and more. Bring a picnic or enjoy a sausage sizzle or delicious food from the food trucks on site.
