In this one-day workshop, Radically will cover the tools and lessons from leading large scale organisational design - from finding an appropriate design to linking strategy with operating model choices. We will also cover how to use Team Types and Taxonomy - linking those to Ways of Working, and how to hold the integrity of enterprise models end to end.
