2025 Footprints in the Sand Fun Run

Join us for our annual Fun Run where we raise funds for local charities. From 5km to a half marathon walk or run, your entry fee will be donated to help local organisations help locals.
- Staggered start times from 7am to 9:30am
- Start and finish line is on the beach in front of Foxton Beach Surf Club
- Run or Walk north on the hard packed sand to your turn-around marker and refreshment station
- Prize giving at 12pm or when the last entrant finishes
Recipients of our fun run proceeds for 2025 include:
- Foxton Beach Volunteer Fire Brigade
- Surf Lifesaving NZ Foxton Beach
- Community Centre Health Shuttle
- Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter.
