Our program is designed to support your wellbeing, connection with your heritage, and empowerment as a parent.
Our Approach
We're taking a holistic approach to mental health support, integrating traditional Pasifika practices with modern wellbeing strategies. Our workshops are rooted in the Fonofale model, which emphasizes the importance of cultural connection, spiritual growth, physical wellbeing, and mental resilience.
