Join us for an unforgettable journey into the world of traditional Greek dance!
Proudly brought to you by members of the Greek Orthodox Community of Wellington as part of our Hellenic Hangout series, this course offers students the chance to learn authentic traditional Greek dances with an expert instructor.
Students will enhance their social skills, fitness, and coordination while developing cultural awareness and empathy. Our course includes both traditional and folk dances, celebrated for their camaraderie, joy, and vibrant costumes. Through Greek dance, students will build teamwork skills, have fun, and foster a deep appreciation for all things Greek. Let's dance!
Wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle.
WHEN: Tuesday 3.45pm-4.45pm
DURATION: Week 5 to Week 11 (7 classes)
COST: $95 per term
