Come along to Messy Mates where the kids can play, while you get some ideas for those dreaded school lunchboxes!Me, Jordy your host, is super passionate about child nourishment and providing children with healthy eating habits.
I believe that All Food Is Good Food, and different foods do different things to help our bodies.
Being the center cook at a daycare I get ALOT of feedback from the children, making simple swaps to ensure the children are getting a well rounded diet without missing out on all their favorite foods!
Having a Thermomix at home and work makes making delicious healthy food from scratch THAT much easier and cheaper!
So come and join us, get some tips and get to try some new recipes, while the kids get to explore Messy Mates and all it has to offer!
