Embodied practices for ADHD

About
Discover how somatic practices and embodied awareness can offer meaningful support for living with ADHD.Through somatic enquiry, you’ll be guided to develop a deeper understanding of your unique experience, and discover body-based practices that support living with more ease, alignment, and self-awareness.
Together, we’ll explore practices such as somatic enquiry, sensory and movement-based exploration, embodied mindfulness, and cultivating self-compassion. Along the way, we’ll engage with themes including motivation, emotional and nervous system regulation, sensory processing, overwhelm, and balancing rest with activity.
All are welcome — whether you are diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility.
