WIMDOI Conference 2026

Over the last several WIMDOI Conferences the Delegates feedback to the Committee to host a WIMDOI in New Zealand has grown louder.

In fact, one in three survey results from the Cairns WIMDOI had NZ as the preferred place for the next WIMDOI.

The WIMDOI Committee has listened, and we are heading to the magical Aotearoa for WIMDOI 2026.

Dates: Monday the 11^{TH of} May  - Travel Day/Rego/Meet and Greet

                Tuesday 12^th  through Thursday 14^th – 3-day WIMDOI Conference

                Friday the 15^{th of} May – Travel Day

Venue: Millenium Hotel, Rotorua

Rego Cost: $400 (Aus and NZ)

                         Day One  - Conference, breakfast, morning tea, lunch,  

                         afternoon tea

                         Day Two – Conference, breakfast, morning tea, lunch,

                         afternoon tea

                         Day Three – Conference, breakfast, morning tea, lunch,

                         afternoon tea, dinner

Room Arrangements: Superior $249 (NZ $) per night – twin share

                                                Lake Facing $289 (NZ$)  per night -twin share

An extra person rate of $50NZ per night will apply for three to a room
