Finding Ease and Balance with ADHD
About
Living with ADHD can bring both gifts and challenges. These small group sessions offer a supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore what helps you live with more ease and balance.Through guided mindfulness, gentle body awareness, and open discussion, we’ll explore practical strategies for everyday life. Together, we’ll look at themes such as motivation, focus, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and finding a rhythm between rest and activity.
You’ll be invited to share experiences and learn from others in a warm, non-judgmental setting.
All are welcome — whether you are diagnosed, self-identified, or curious about ADHD.
Drop-in sessions - come along to one or two sessions or the whole series.
