Joan Jett meets Dita Von Teese in this glam grunge burlesque course: Rebel Tease - Rock n' Roll Burlesque!Join two of Aotearoa’s most acclaimed performers Robin Yablind & Ginger Velour in this intermediate-level neo-burlesque course featuring everything from gritty grinds to dirty rock riffs, theatrical rebellion, and choreography that would melt the faces off of any mosh pit audience. Get ready to set the stage on fire with zero fucks given.
This course is suitable for graduates of our beginner course & experienced burlesque artists (upon request) who want to up level their craft.
During six 90-minute classes you’ll:
- Develop your burlesque bad ass-tistry
- Grow your stage and personal confidence
- Learn an epic burlesque choreography through which you’ll tell your own story
- Pull together a provocative costume that makes you feel HOT!
In the final class we'll have an in-studio performance (for the course attendees only) where you'll grow your performance skills through a solo performance.
