Crafty Christmas Night Market – Vendor Booking 2025Join us for the 2025 Crafty Christmas Night Market on Thursday 4 December 2025, 5.30–8pm

Location: Rata Street, Inglewood (field behind the miniputt)
Secure your stall space by purchasing your ticket below — spaces are not confirmed until payment is received.
Stall Fees (incl GST)
Crafters
3x3m Craft Stall – $45
6x3m Craft Stall – $75 (limited spaces, first in first served)
Optional car-park stall (vehicle parked beside gazebo) – add $5 - limited
(Limited outer-edge spots available – similar to past years when weather required flexible layouts.)
Food Vendors
Food Truck – $55
Food Vendor (6x3m gazebo site) – $75
Key Details
Outdoor-only event. Bring your own gazebo, table, and display setup with secure tiedowns.
No power available.
Pack-in: from 2.30pm
All vendors must be set up and inside the gate by 5.00pm.
Refunds: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
Vendors must be available for both dates (main event and postponement date).
Rubbish: Vendors must remove their own waste — no large packaging or cartons in event bins.
Please watch for scammers pretending to sell vendor spaces on our event page on facebook. Only interact with messages or posts from TET Stadium and Events Centre.
