Sourdough can be simple and easy!In this workshop, I share how to look after your starter so it can thrive for years to come.
I will demo how to make a very simple and delicious no-knead bread as well as pizza dough.
You will have a chance to feed your new starter bug as well as make up some bread dough to bake at home.
There will be lots of time for questions and taste testers. Starter bug included.
