Are you working with clients who seem “stuck,” “resistant,” or unsure about change?This online (Zoom) workshop series (3 × 2-hour sessions) builds on your foundational Motivational Interviewing (MI) knowledge to deepen your confidence and capability in real-world conversations.
Together, we’ll explore the four processes of MI — Engage, Focus, Evoke and Plan — and how these unfold in practice. Through guided role-plays, video examples, live demonstrations and reflective discussion, you’ll strengthen your ability to recognise and respond to change talk, soften sustain talk, and guide clients toward meaningful next steps.
This workshop is designed for helping professionals who have completed a Foundational Skills or introductory MI course and want to continue developing in a supportive, interactive learning environment. The tone is practical, collaborative and reflective — valuing the experiences, insights and autonomy of each participant while fostering growth in the spirit and skills of MI.
