Work your improv muscles with monthly "workouts" hosted by PopRox. Each month's workout will have a specific focus, with an emphasis on reps over theory. Our "Heavy Lifters" sessions are aimed at folks who already have a solid foundation in improv and scene work.

SEASON PASS:
Book a season pass to get access to all 10 heavy lifters sessions for the whole year at a reduced rate. Please note these are paid out straight away so refunds are not available for season passes. We'll reduce the pricing of these as the year goes on, so feel free to try out a session with a standard pass first.

STAND-BY LIST
PopRox firmly believes that improv is for everyone, especially when it comes to sharing skills and knowledge. So we're offering "the stand-by list" for all our workshops in 2026. We'll giveaway any spots remaining on the Friday before each Workout, on a first-come-first-serve basis. No need to provide a reason, no questions asked. If the entry fee is a barrier for you to come along, then simply email poproximprov@gmail.com and we'll pop you on the SBL. Everyone on the list will be notified whether there was a place available for them 2 days before the relevant workshop
