A 5-week series that blends Mum + Baby Pilates with meaningful connection. Each session begins with 45min of movement either wearing your baby, or laying them next to you. After class, we slow things down with connection and a hot drink of your choice - on us!📅 Wednesday’s, 28th Jan — 25th Feb

You’re welcome to bring a bouncer to have next to you, or a blanket/toys. A few play mats with toys will be set up and in addition Mum & Co. Founder Nicole is available to ensure you get the most out of your workout. PLUS, you’ll also have access to Nicole for feeding support across the 5-weeks. Nicole is a NICU nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Best suited to pre-crawling babies somewhere between 0-6months, but feel free to reach out if you’re not sure whether it would be suitable for you or not. There is no space for prams sorry.
We recommend starting atleast 6-8 weeks postpartum for vaginal deliveries and 8-10 weeks for a c-section but you know your body and capabilities best.
