Learn how to WERK the floor, in this floorwork tricks and flows workshop with Michelle Kasey. Our MK is a retired two time national pole dancing champion who has a vast repertoire of floorwork technique and movement to share with you!This workshop is perfect if you want to learn how to perform show stopping tricks, hypnotising leg work, and slinky floor flows cleanly and safely.
I'll break down the technique of individual tricks so you understand the mechanics, help you figure them out in your body, before we'll bring them into a badass floor-eo!
This workshop will be high beginner to high intermediate level

What to bring: highly recommend knee pads if you have them!
What to wear: socks/your heels, leggings, or other form fitting bottoms that cover lots of skin are ideal for this workshop
