Join us for SIX WEEKS of Pilates & Lattes.Each session includes a 45 minute mums and bubs Reformer Pilates class, followed by a coffee catch up at Henry & Ted, just a one minute walk from the studio. Your coffee or drink of choice is on us.

Babies are welcome in prams, on play mats, carried, or in a front pack. Prams and mats can be positioned next to the machines so your baby stays close. You are also welcome to bring a baby bouncer.
While the class is designed with postpartum women in mind, it is not limited to the early postpartum months. Any mum is welcome to join, including those with older babies or children. It is also not a requirement to bring a baby along, so you are very welcome to come on your own and enjoy some uninterrupted you time.
For safety reasons, babies who are on the move, crawling, or pulling themselves up must remain in their pram or front pack. This group is not suitable for toddlers, unless they are able to remain in the pram for the entire class.
We recommend joining from 6 to 8 weeks postpartum following a vaginal delivery, or 8 to 10 weeks after a caesarean, with pelvic floor clearance from a pelvic floor physio.
No prior Reformer Pilates experience is needed. Beginners are very welcome, and the instructor can adapt the class to be more challenging for those who want it.
