Join me and my helpers at Messy Mates (located inside Hornby Mall)
Saturday the 28th at 2pm for some fun and bread!
You will get your own Sourdough Starter to be able to take home and start your sourdough journey
(a option to take home a dried starter if your not quite able to commit)
Recipes to take home, samples to try!
Of course knowledge, we will make some sourdough and see all the stages so you will be masters when you go home!
As well as Sourdough we will be making some dips and spreads to go with our breads!
Who am I to be teaching people how to sourdough? I'm Jordy.
I wear many hats, a mum, a not so hot mess, a wannabe homemaker, a baker, a Thermomix consultant, and a lover of finding ways to make busy lives easier.
I am no sourdough master, but I love to share my knowledge on how I Sourdough. I make sourdough 3-4 times a week as our daily bread, and have started teaching children at a daycare how to sourdough. If I can teach 4 year old's, I truly believe everyone is capable!
