About

Join us for the first SWIMNZInfo event in New Zealand... an afternoon designed to connect, inspire and support swim teachers, coaches and aquatic professionals across the industry.

We are delighted to welcome Sara Tattoli, Managing Director of Erina and Tuggerah Swim Centres and part of the award-winning 5 Star Swim Schools group in NSW, Australia. Sara brings a wealth of real-world experience from her journey through the aquatic industry—from starting as a learn to swim and babies instructor to now leading a thriving organisation with a team of over 50 staff.

In this engaging professional development session, Sara will share insights into staff development, leadership, and building strong swim school cultures that support both teachers and students. Passionate about mentoring and industry growth, Sara focuses on empowering the next generation of aquatic professionals and creating pathways for long-term success in swim education.

This relaxed afternoon Professional Development event will include workshops, learning sessions, discussion opportunities, and time to connect with others in the swim community over afternoon tea.

Whether you are a swim teacher, coach, manager or industry leader, SWIMNZInfo offers a valuable opportunity to learn, share and grow together.
