Talofa lava, Mālō e lelei, Kia orana, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Ni sa bula vinaka, warm Pacific greetings,Pacific early learning has been built through the vision, sacrifice, and leadership of those who came before us. This Fono is an opportunity to come together as a sector to honour that legacy, strengthen our leadership today, and shape what comes next for Pacific children, families, and communities.
Purpose Empowered People (PEP), on behalf of the Ministry of Education, warmly invites Pacific early learning leaders and teachers to the Legacy | Pacific Early Learning Fono 2026.

Together we will explore:
• The foundations built by Pacific early learning pioneers
• The challenges and opportunities facing services today
• What is needed to support a strong and sustainable future
