A stunning preview of this year's exhibition, award presentations & meet invited artists.We are excited to announce Southland icon, Mr Lloyd Esler will join us in opening the Riversdale Arts 53rd Mixed Media Exhibition.
Come along for an evening of highly esteemed artwork from invited artists from throughout New Zealand. This year's exhibition features the installation artworks created by the Riversdale Arts Committee & friends of the group. The exhibition theme, 'Entwined Interconnection' celebrates the collaboration of the rural & urban lifestyles our members work & live within, & the balance in between the two juxtapositions.
The Gala Evening opens the exhibition & gives attendees premium viewing & access to purchasing, prior to general public entry.
Join us in celebrating the winners of the presented awards in the Emerging Artist & Best Local Artist categories.
Meet & mingle with invited artists.
Enjoy light refreshments & a cash bar.
Ticket includes daily entry to the exhibition for the duration of the event.
