Body-based Practices for ADHD

In this series we will explore simple tools using movement, somatics, mindfulness and breathwork to support balance, ease, focus and regulation in everyday life.All of these practices are accessible to beginners - no experience or equipment needed, just a quiet place where you can sit or lie comfortably.
These are drop-in sessions, feel free to attend one session or all. Each week will have a different theme.
$10 per session.
