Indulge in a 10 course degustation evening led by our Level 5 Patisserie students, showcasing their skill and creativity across a thoughtful menu. Supported by Level 4 Cookery students and paired with an optional wine match, the experience is delivered with professional front of house service from our Level 3 Food & Beverage students. A refined evening of food, service, and emerging talent.
