Join us for our 10 week postpartum course, designed to support you and your baby through early motherhood. In a warm, non-judgmental space, you'll learn from expert guests and form meaningful connections with other mums.
Dates: October 14th - December 16th, 2026
Time: Wednesdays 9am - 11am
Location: Pure Mama Studio, 14 Kopukairoa Boulevard, Papamoa
If your baby will be 6 months or younger at the start of the course, this is for you! We also have space for a couple of older babies each term, so get in touch if your baby is older but you’re still wanting to join.
Enjoy coffee, tea and a catered sweet treat at every session, plus receive a "Mum Pack" full of goodies.
