Sourdough can be simple and easy!In this class I'll share my no fuss approach to sourdough. It's so simple that I've been able to make pretty much all our family's bread for 9 years. There's no extra feeding, no discard unless you want it, no kneading or stretch and folds and you can take breaks when you want. Sourdough that fits with your lifestyle!
We will cover how to look after your starter so it can thrive for years to come, bake delicious bread and pizza and I'll cover lots of tips and tricks to ensure your success.
This will be a relaxed class with lots of opportunities to ask questions.
