Exercising without fear without having to deal with leaking.
There will be a live in session demonstration of common symptomatic movements like jumps and lifts, including suggested cues, modifications and adjustments to help athletes and trainers decrease symptoms.
When to see a Pelvic Health physiotherapist.
PLEASE NOTE: Because the majority of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction while exercising are women there will only be a small discussion of male anatomy and examples of dysfunction in males.
