When listening to the nine "layers of sound", combined with the power of somatic breathwork, the mind moves into a deep meditative state creating the fertile ground for a deep inward journey. Here you have access to your subconscious mind and are invited to feel and heal, release trauma and move through old patterns and beliefs, and choose how you wish to rewire your brain and nervous system.
It's the very best of technology, combined with the science of sound, and the ancient wisdom of breath, all combined into an experience unlike any other, a truly mind-bending and heart-opening journey of self discovery and evolution.

Certified 9D Breathwork™ Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach
As a registered primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and mother to my 3 year old daughter, I'm passionate about combining these elements to support transformation for individuals, couples, and within families and the school environment.
Shaped by my own challenges and change and the necessary deep inner work, my offer of services pulls together components from education, breathwork, NLP, Parts Therapy, and somatic release techniques. From the last decade comes a toolkit — not just learned, but lived — intuitive, integrative, and uniquely my own.
I'm dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, expressing my story and knowledge gained through my solo pregnancy and birth experiences, to what it's taken to call in My Love and a Conscious Relationship.
