💃 Beginner Dance Workshop 💃I started The Movement Room because I wanted more people to experience what dance can do.
Over the past few months, one of my favourite things has been watching it start to click for people. Not just learning the steps, but watching them get out of their heads and into their bodies.
It’s hard to explain, but something shifts when you stop worrying about getting it right and just allow yourself to move.
What I didn’t expect was how much I needed it myself.
Coming back to dance has reminded me how good it feels to move, learn something new, challenge yourself, and switch off from everything else for a while.
So I’m putting together a beginner dance workshop.
Over two consecutive Sundays, we’ll learn one complete routine from start to finish.
No dance experience needed. I’ll teach it step by step and we’ll take it at whatever pace we need to.
