HSD is excited to offer our first TOUCH TOUR in support of our current production, "Nicola Cheeseman is Back". It will be from 6:30 - 7pm on Thursday 2 July in our performance venue, Te Whare o Rukutia (20 Princes St).[Please note that this is an accessible venue, with "street to seat" access, no steps / level floor, and an accessible toilet...]
This FREE session is for anyone who would enjoy a chance to: hear a basic overview of the show; meet the Director and Actor; briefly hear from some of the dozen different characters our solo Actor will embody; get a description of and physically interact with key bits of our set / props / costumes; and get a heads-up about any strong sensory moments in the show (e.g. sound / music, lights / video).
This session will wrap up by 7pm, leaving plenty of time for anyone who is attending the show at 7:30 to visit the WC, hit the bar, and find their favoured seat(s).
And as always, if you or your companion has any accessibility requirements or requests, please reach out to Hic Sunt Dracones (HSD) -- and we'll do our very best to see you sorted.
