Join us for a hands-on workshop where we take the mystery out of sourdough baking.
For $60 you'll receive:
• A live sourdough starter to take home
• A banneton (proofing basket)
• A dough whisk
• A bread lame (scoring knife)
• Step-by-step instructions
• Sourdough recipes, including ideas for using your discard
• Plenty of hands-on learning and time for questions
You'll leave with the confidence and knowledge to start baking sourdough at home, along with all the essentials to get you started.
And of course, there will be freshly baked sourdough served with lashings of butter to enjoy during the workshop.
