PWSA(NZ) Young Families Support Weekend 2026
Friday 20th November 5.30pm – Sunday 22nd November 1.30/2pm
Registration is by invitation only.
The Young Families Support Weekend has a focus on sharing information, making connections and establishing mutual support networks. The programme will include some focused sessions on relevant topics, such as nutrition and transition to school.
For families travelling from outside the Auckland area, a hotel room will be available. We have rooms reserved that sleep 3, 4, or max 5 guests.
For families travelling to Auckland from the South Island or the lower North Island, flight subsidies are available. Please see PWSA(NZ)'s event webpage for details.
Your registration ticket includes accommodation (if eligible), meals and any activities.
Registrations will close FRI 30th OCTOBER.

Terms and Conditions
In order to comply with the hotel cancellation policy, tickets are non-refundable from 7 days prior to event (after Nov 12th).
Between Oct 30th and Nov 5th, PWSA(NZ) will usually refund tickets in the event of a cancellation but this may depend on the number of cancellations received. After Nov 5th, full refunds will be limited.
PWSA(NZ) Young Families Support Weekend is run by volunteers who may also be supporting their own family members. PWSA(NZ) cannot accept responsibility for children. Parents will have full duty of care for their children during the weekend. Please see our full disclaimer: www.pws.org.nz/disclaimer
