SNUG Workshop Queenstown March 2021
The SNUG Committee and Chair Jeff Greenough are pleased to announce ticketing is open for the annual SNUG 2021 Workshop in Queenstown!
The SNUG Committee has elected to hold the event in Queenstown, over two days on the 11th and 12th of March 2021. There will also be a free product exhibition by our Gold and Silver Sponsors through the two days of the workshop.
Look out for further updates on the workshop details & call for papers between now and the workshop. If you are not in the SNUG email list, go to the SNUG website and subscribe to the email list.
Tickets
Please take your time to select the ticket type that suits your requirements, as we have new ticket types this year. You can also now purchase multiple tickets in the same transaction.
Due to delays and costs involved in receiving payments from invoices, we are only accepting credit card payments this year. Please have your credit card ready when you make your booking.
Venue
This year's event will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queenstown. We are super excited to be able to hold the workshop here, as we normally can't book venues in Queenstown with less than 12 months notice.
Day-catering is provided for all workshop delegates. Admittance to the SNUG dinner which will be held on the night of the 11th March is included in the Full Delegate package. If you are a day delegate, and wish to attend the networking dinner, or if you wish to bring a 'plus-1' with you to the dinner, you can do this by purchasing the additional 'Networking Dinner Only' ticket, in addition to your workshop ticket. We have now also made it possible for you to purchase multiple tickets together, simplifying the booking and payment process.
Accommodation / Hotel Special Rates
This year we have not been able to secure special room rates at the workshop venue. However, there are plenty of rooms available in Queenstown (thanks Covid), so just use your favourite booking service to book a room somewhere.
Student Passes
We have some student passes available at a subsidised rate. To apply for a student rate email us a few details about the course you are on and why you feel you would benefit from attending and we will send out an application form (sean.lewis@greensignal.co.nz). Full conditions for the student pass are at the bottom of this page.

Privacy & Data Use Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, you are giving SNUG the right to send you emails about this event, and other SNUG emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, there will be an 'unsubscribe' link at the end of these emails, which will allow you to unsubscribe.
Student Pass Conditons
We have 10-only student passes available. These will be allocated on merit, not merely first-in-first-served.
To qualify for the student pass you should ideally be a student studying a full time accredited course within NZ or undertaking post graduate studies potentially relevant to the traffic signals industry. The SNUG committee will review the student applications and reserve the right to request addition information to support the application or discard applications that they feel do not fit the criteria.
We do not offer refunds, but can transfer the ticket to another delegate if required. Please contact us directly on the 'Contact Event Organiser' button above the map if you wish to transfer a ticket.
