Writing from the Body 2021

In these sessions, we’ll get the blood pumping with some simple movement explorations to help us move from fixed to fluid. Then, we’ll write.

I will offer clear guidance and prompts, you will let yourself write, and the group will be there to listen when you chose to share.

Sessions will be held via Zoom.

Sessions will run 9:15am-10:45am on Friday mornings (NZT).

You are welcome to register for one session, or join all five (17th & 24th September, 1st, 8th & 15th October 2021).
