The Jubilate Singers proudly present a concert and book launch celebrating five decades of choral compositions by Christchurch composer and author Philip Norman. The programme will focus on a selection of choral items that were originally commissioned for choirs, stage productions, and operas performed in NZ and overseas. This unique concert will be videoed and recorded by SOUNZ, a body that is responsible for archiving music composed by prominent NZ composers. Philip Norman will conduct supported by guest musicians Jeremy Woodside (piano), Amandine Guerin (violin) and Roger Buckton (flute).Location
