How to look after our holistic wellbeing through chakras?
What's your experience of chakras?
In this one-day workshop, you will learn
- the theories of chakras from Vedic tradition, Tibetan tradition, Chinese tradition and Mayan traditions;
- associated chakra healing practice including movements, breathwork, mantras, mudras, meditation and positive affirmations,
- to be aware and take care of your subtle body; and
- to connect with yourself and other on energetic level.
No experience is required. Small Group up to 7 people.
